1. General Terms

By using gmm57's website, mobile platform, and all related services, you confirm that you have read and agreed to each term in this document. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1.1 Scope

2. Account Registration and Management

2.1 Registration

To open an account at gmm57, a player must provide accurate and complete personal information. Registering with false information is grounds for account closure. Each person is allowed to own only one account at gmm57.

2.2 Account Responsibility

• No individual may hold more than one account at a time.
• Your personal information must be accurate and complete.

2.3 Account Verification

gmm57 may request reasonable proof of identity to verify an account holder at any time. If the required documents are not provided within the specified period, withdrawals will be temporarily suspended.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

Accepted payment methods at gmm57 are KBZPay, Wave Money and AYA Pay. The minimum deposit amount is 10,000 Ks and all deposits must be made in Myanmar Kyat (MMK).

Players must only use payment methods registered in their own name. Deposits from third-party funds are not allowed and any such deposits will result in the funds being frozen.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawals will be processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours after the deposit in Myanmar Standard Time (MMT), though some cases may require additional review time.

Withdrawals can only be processed using the same method used for the deposit. Players must meet the wagering requirement between deposit and withdrawal. If a withdrawal is attempted before the requirement is met, gmm57 reserves the right to withhold the funds.

3.3 Financial Verification

To protect against money laundering and maintain platform security, gmm57 may review large deposit and withdrawal transactions. Players are required to cooperate with these checks, which are carried out for the protection of all players.

4. Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

The gmm57 welcome bonus is 120% of the first deposit amount, up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks. This bonus will be credited automatically at the time of deposit.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Winnings from a bonus may only be withdrawn after the bonus amount has been wagered 10 times (10x). Only the bonus amount counts toward the wagering requirement — the deposit amount is not included.

• Games played with bonus funds count toward the wagering requirement.
• The bonus cannot be claimed more than once using different accounts.
• If a withdrawal is made before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be forfeited.
• The bonus cannot be converted to cash.
• Once the wagering requirement is met, winnings from bonus play will be available for withdrawal.

4.3 Other Promotions

Time-limited promotions, VIP tier upgrades and loyalty rewards will be announced with their own terms and conditions. Players must read the promotion terms before participating. gmm57 is not responsible for issues arising from participation without reading the terms.

5. VIP Tier Program

In the gmm57 VIP program, players can move up through tiers based on their play volume and account standing. There are five VIP tiers, with greater rewards available at each level.

• Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Gold — Weekly cashback up to 0.7%
• Platinum — Weekly cashback up to 1.0%
• Diamond — Weekly cashback up to 1.2%

VIP cashback is a program that returns a set percentage of your losses. Cashback amounts will be credited to your account after the specified period ends. Your VIP level is determined by gmm57 based on your play history.

6. Player Conduct Rules

6.1 Prohibited Actions

Using the gmm57 platform for illegal purposes, obtaining money through dishonest means, using bots or automated software tools, and allowing a third party to play on your behalf are all strictly prohibited.

• Using the platform for money laundering is prohibited
• Attempting to hack the game system is prohibited
• Accessing other players' accounts without permission is prohibited
• Running bonus abuse operations to exploit promotions is prohibited
• Abusive behavior toward platform staff is prohibited

If any of the above prohibitions are violated, gmm57 may close the account without prior notice and forfeit any remaining balance.

6.2 Commitment to Fair Play

Players must respect and follow the fair play principle. gmm57's Random Number Generator (RNG) system is unbiased, and no external software can affect player outcomes.

7. Service Suspension and Termination

gmm57 may suspend or close a player's account at any time. This may be done when a breach of the main terms, dishonest play, or illegal activity is identified.

8. Internet Connection Issues and Technical Matters

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a disconnection on the player's end, the result of that game will not be replayed and will be determined according to the server's records.

If a game error occurs due to a server issue, gmm57 will work with players to resolve it, and any winnings resulting from that error may be adjusted.

9. Personal Data Protection
